1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Certain products such as personalized, custom-made, or clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to exchange, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Clearance or sale items.

Products without original packaging/tags or that show signs of wear and tear.
